Health. Wealth. Realth.

Nobody taught you how to people.

You were taught how to take care of your body, eat healthy, exercise. You were taught how to make money, manage money, save money. No one sat you down and taught you how to actually be in a relationship with another human being.

So you figured it out by trial and error. Mostly error.

Now you have the body, you have the money. At the same time, you are tired, lonely, fighting with the people you love.

It's not you, it's not them either. It's the part of life no one trained you for.

That's why I created Realth. For myself first. Now I'm sharing it with anyone else ready to stop fighting and start peopling.

This part of life should be taught.

Think about it.

You learned the alphabet before you turned five. You learned to read before you turned seven. By the time you finished school, you had fifteen years of math and a working knowledge of three branches of science. Maybe a second language.

How many years did you spend learning how to be in a relationship? The actual skill of staying connected to another person without losing yourself.

Most of us got zero years. Some of us got maybe a few hours, by accident, from someone who just happened to know a thing or two.

Then we walked into adulthood and were handed a marriage, a workplace, a friend group, a family of our own to figure out.

No wonder we're tired, trying, fighting.

What Realth actually is.

Realth is the third pillar of well-being.

You already know about health. Your body. Your energy. You already know about wealth. Your money. Your security.

Realth is the thing that determines whether the first two matter.

It is the quality of your relationships: with yourself, with the people you love, with the work you're here to do.

Health fuels your life. Wealth funds your life. Realth guides your life.

Waiting for you inside.

The Realth Assessment. It's not a personality assessment. The Realth Assessment focuses on how you currently live your life day to day: inside yourself, your relationships, your world. Take 30 minutes to answer questions about what you do, not how you feel. Questions cover five key areas: your sense of self, how you handle your emotions, how you relate to others, how you live your values, and how you engage with the world around you. Start with 20 questions, save your progress, come back later.

The Realth Report. Not "who are you," but what needs to be worked on, and how. The report names the one key relationship skill calling for your attention right now, and what to do about it.

Vivi. AI can't be human, but it can help us get better at being human. Vivi is not a therapist, and not focused on what's wrong. Vivi is a guide pointing at what's true and what's next. Vivi takes you through Values, Vision, Victory — your version, your definition, your next move. Use Vivi in the moments you need someone to guide you, or think with, when you feel stuck, at 2 a.m., or on a random Tuesday.

Your dashboard. Realth is a practice, not a one-off test. Your dashboard is where the practice lives. Measure, track, and improve your Realth over time. See your numbers, your progress, that you're getting better at connecting with yourself and others.

A note from me.

I'm the creator of Realth and the founder of myRealth.com. I've spent almost twenty years figuring out what nobody taught me: how to actually be in a relationship with another human being. With my husband. With my family. With friends. With clients. With myself.

I am not credentialed in the way the world expects credentialing. I do not have a PhD in psychology. I do not have a degree in marriage and family therapy. What I have is a stack of notebooks, a method that worked for me, and a stubborn belief that this part of life should be taught.

If this thing I want to share were already being shared by someone else with all the right letters after their name, I wouldn't need to be here. I'm not interested in repeating what's already being said. I look around, and when I don't find what I'm looking for, the conclusion is hard to avoid. It's a job I have to do.

I'm here for the person who recognizes in me the thing they need, and decides to stick around for it.

Welcome in.

Deb

Who do you need to become?

Who do you need to become so that you're a better partner?

Who do you need to become so that you're a better leader?

Who do you need to become so that you're less overwhelmed?

Who do you need to become so that the people you love actually want to be around you, and you around them?

Most of us don't have answers to those questions. We live versions of ourselves we struggle to keep up with, and versions we hope nobody notices.

Realth exists to help you find the answers. Realth exists to help you discover who you really are, how you truly feel, how you want to act, and how you want to show up in the world. Realth exists to help you identify your values, define your vision, and be victorious in achieving your desired outcomes.
