- Assessment responses: your answers to the Realth Assessment and Core Values Assessment.
- Profile data: optional personality assessment results you add (Love Languages, Enneagram, Attachment Style, etc.).
- Payment information: when you subscribe to Realth+, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing dates.
- AI coaching interactions: conversations with the AI coach are processed to provide personalized guidance.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate your personalized assessment results and growth recommendations.
- Provide AI coaching that is specific to your patterns and scores.
- Process payments and manage your Realth+ subscription.
- Track your progress over time across retakes and growth challenges.
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and relevant content.
- Anonymize and aggregate data for research purposes to improve our services.
AI Coach and Data Processing
The AI coach uses your assessment results, profile data, and conversation history to provide personalized guidance. Your AI coaching conversations are not shared with third parties. We use third-party AI services to power the coaching experience, and your data is processed in accordance with their privacy policies.
Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe to Realth+, Stripe handles your payment information directly. Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell your personally identifiable information. We may share data in the following cases:
- With service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, AI services).

Your Data and Account Deletion
You can view and update your profile information at any time through your account settings. If you cancel your Realth+ subscription, your data is not deleted. It remains available if you choose to resubscribe. You can request full account deletion by contacting us.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to keep the information collected through our service secure. Assessment data is stored with access controls that restrict visibility to the account owner and authorized administrators.
